Membership in the Southeastern Ontario Palliative and End-of-Life Care Network is open, broad-based and representative of the organizations and individuals that coordinate and deliver hospice palliative care services. Membership includes, but is not limited to, involvement from the following services:
- Visiting and residential hospices
- Community support services
- Clergy and spiritual care advisors
- Community members
- Informal care givers
- Pharmacists
- Volunteers
- South East Community Care Access Centre (SE CCAC)
- Nursing agencies and personal support providers
- Current palliative care councils and teams

- Physicians (family and specialists)
